Every great idea begins with a spark. For me, that spark ignited during my early days as a building designer. I often encountered homes that were oversized, inefficient, and built with little consideration for the environmental impact, energy use, or the health of those living inside. I knew there had to be a better, more sustainable approach.

In 2008, I founded Ecoliv with a clear vision: to create homes that don’t just minimize harm to the planet but contribute to a sustainable future. Today, that vision drives everything we do. Our prefab modular homes embody passive solar design, sustainable materials, and construction practices that prioritize long-term energy efficiency and harmony with the environment.

Over the past 16 years, Ecoliv has grown alongside the momentum of prefab modular homes as a smarter, more sustainable alternative to traditional building methods.
