Business Manager
Our Business Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the company’s strategic, financial and operational performance. Reporting to the Directors, the role ensures the business operates efficiently, profitable and in line with Ecoliv’s long-term vision and sustainability commitments.
Working closely with the Construction Manager and leadership team, the Business Manager oversees finance, HR, compliance, systems, marketing, sales and administration. The role ensures strategy is effectively executed across departments while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and operational discipline.
Key focus areas include financial management (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability), strengthening business systems and compliance, supporting sales and marketing performance, and overseeing HR and culture development. The role also drives sustainability initiatives, enhances stakeholder and client relationships and identifies opportunities for business improvement and growth.
This position requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and cross-functional management experience.

Bookkeeper
Our Bookkeeper is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of Ecoliv’s financial systems and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.
The Bookkeeper manages end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, supplier payments, reconciliations and debtor management. The role also oversees bank reconciliations, payroll processing and compliance support, ensuring obligations such as BAS, WorkCover and statutory reporting are met accurately and on time.
In addition, the Bookkeeper supports month-end reporting, asset register maintenance, insurance coordination and financial record keeping. The role also provides IT and systems support, liaising with our external provider, assisting with onboarding, access management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
This position requires strong attention to detail, financial accuracy and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. The Bookkeeper contributes to operational efficiency, reliable financial reporting and a well-organised and compliant business environment, while actively supporting Ecoliv’s values and collaborative culture.
