  • Are you highly organised, proactive and love keeping things running smoothly? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our team. This role provides vital support across our Construction and Design teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and excellent client service.

    At our core, we’re passionate about building sustainable modular homes — and you’ll be right at the heart of making it all happen.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Providing day-to-day admin support to our Operations, Project and Design Managers
    • Coordinating and preparing project documentation, contractor packs, permits and supplier certificates
    • Requesting quotes and documentation from third-party consultants, suppliers and trades
    • Preparation of client pricing documentation, for internal review
    • Preparation of client communications and updates, progress reports and handover packs
    • Coordination of warranty and aftercare services and processes, to ensure exceptional client communications and experience
    • Providing support to the Operations team with the bill approval process
    • Management of travel bookings
    • Preparation and support to the Operations team with OH&S documentation, audits and compliance records
    • Attend team meetings and document minutes

    What you’ll bring:

    • 3+ years’ admin experience (construction industry experience essential)

We’re passionate about quality, innovation and sustainability – and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our construction and design teams and drive the successful delivery of high-quality homes.

    About the role:

    This new role will be a key member of the leadership team. You will be responsible for program development and strategic planning, project scheduling, team culture, client relationships and operational efficiency. You’ll take accountability for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead and develop a high-performing Operations team, including Construction and Design departments
    • Facilitate top level program planning, project scheduling and labour allocation
    • Management of the Ecoliv Site, including security, OH&S compliance and yard coordination
    • Drive OH&S compliance, quality standards and efficiency improvements
    • Management of all pricing provided to clients throughout the Design and Construction stages
    • End to end oversight and visibility across the Design, Construction and Aftercare stages, ensuring consistency with client relationships and requirements, completeness of contractual requirements and documentation, and optimal client communications
    • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
    • Build a strong team culture across the Operations team
    • Facilitates innovation, improves efficiencies and processes and
    • Support Ecoliv’s growth strategy and commitment to sustainability.

    What you’ll bring:

    • 10+ years in residential construction/design (prefab experience ideal)
    • Proven leadership and both people and project management experience
    • Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices
    • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in OH&S and quality management
    • Proficiency in MS Office and construction software (e.g. Buildxact)
    • Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card.

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our sales and marketing functions. This is a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and delivering strong sales outcomes. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will manage the Sales Consultant and Marketing Assistant while overseeing the implementation of strategies that support Ecoliv’s growth.

    This is a part time role, 24 - 32 hours a week, hours negotiable for the right candidate.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Consultant and Marketing Assistant, fostering collaboration and high performance
    • Develop and deliver the Sales and Marketing Strategy, including planning, budget, execution, and reporting on outcomes
    • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales targets
    • Drive brand awareness and lead generation through integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and events
    • Monitor and report on sales and marketing KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
    • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, marketing materials, and communications
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage
    • Represent Ecoliv at industry events, promotional activities and networking opportunities

     Skills Required

    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
    • Solid experience in marketing strategy development and implementation
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems and analytics tools
    • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills

     Experience & Qualifications Required

    • Significant experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the building or housing industry
    • Knowledge of sustainable living, solar passive design and construction (highly advantageous)
    • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results

  • This role will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out both onsite works and aftercare requirements, following delivery of our homes to client site. This role will predominately be based out on client’s sites. The person in this role must be prepared to work away from home, possibly interstate, for up to two weeks at a time.

    When not on-site the role will work with our carpenters at 1114 Bass Highway, The Gurdies.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Onsite works

    • Coordinate and complete carpentry works adhering to the brief, scope and project timing allocated for each project working to approved plans and specifications.
    • Ensure all construction works adhere to the relevant codes and Australian standards including material installation are to manufacturer’s specifications.
    • Ability to problem solve and read plans and specifications to ensure homes are installed on time and within budget, while complying with OH&S requirements.
    • Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing OH&S standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
    • Maintain an organised and clean site work environment and ensures Waste Management objectives are maintained.
    • Provide guidance and encouragement in the training of apprentices in all aspects of carpentry.
    • Any other construction duties as directed by the Operations Manager.

    Client Aftercare

    • Performing urgent, routine and adhoc reviews, maintenance, repairs and inspections on client properties.
    • Coordinate onsite work for the aftercare period.
    • Liaise with trades, as necessary, to ensure satisfactory completion of rectifications.
    • Complete carpentry tasks to ensure efficient completion of works in a timely manner
    • Complete general maintenance and handyman tasks, as required, to ensure efficient completion of works. Must be skilled to complete general maintenance items such as minor patch and paint works, minor tile rectifications, compliance checks and adhoc maintenance requirements.

    SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

    • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proactive approach to troubleshoot, problem solving, reliable and customer-focused
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
    • Carry out all tasks as requested

     EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Qualified carpenter
    • 4+ year’s residential construction experience
    • General maintenance and handyman experience
    • Demonstrated experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.
