Ecoliv Buildings is looking for an experienced and capable Design Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the design process across our projects, helping bring thoughtfully designed, sustainable homes to life. If you are passionate about great design, strong documentation, team leadership and creating an exceptional client experience, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven business committed to sustainable building.

About You: You have experience in a design leadership, design management or senior drafting/architectural role. You are confident coordinating design deliverables, consultants, internal stakeholders and project timelines. You have strong knowledge of residential design, documentation and relevant compliance requirements. You are highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. You are a clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and driving high-quality design outcomes.
